Punctual working hours
Responsibilities and authority are poorly defined
The departmental structure is chaotic
There are no established procedures for getting things done
If there are procedures, you may still be expected to make exceptions for the boss’s favorites
When something goes wrong, it becomes your fault
The manager is authoritarian and self-righteous, yet has the delusion that everything revolves around them
There is no salary adjustment system
There is no performance evaluation system
They lure people in with extremely easy working conditions at the beginning, then
The actual job content and workload are completely different from what was originally promised
The manager thinks that because they occasionally provide small favors, there is no need for performance evaluations or raises
Everyone except the boss’s favorites has to clean the toilets and take out the trash
The manager will exploit your personal strengths and ask you to provide certain services outside working hours without pay
