Flexible working hours
Absolutely terrible. I strongly advise everyone not to come to this company.
The female manager in Taipei can be said to understand very little and is often unclear about the situation. She also talks at cross-purposes with others and has extremely odd logic. (The colleagues who resigned one after another previously all left because of this manager.) Even if you want to handle everything yourself, her involvement makes execution extremely difficult. It is mentally exhausting.
On top of that, the company has no SOPs at all, so problems occur frequently.
If you have little experience and want to accumulate work experience, I strongly recommend that you absolutely do not come here.
You will learn absolutely nothing.
People who are highly experienced and do not need to discuss anything with their manager might consider coming.
Zero benefits: no year-end bonus and no other bonuses. Unless you ask during the interview, they will not specifically tell you that there is no year-end bonus.
