1. The work environment is very poor.
2. HR is extremely unprofessional and clearly does not review résumés. They casually invite people to interviews, ask a few simple questions, then say the manager is in a meeting and that they will schedule another time. After that, there is complete silence.......... May I ask, does HR not review candidates’ résumés at all? Do they just randomly invite people to interviews??? It really wastes other people’s time~ Absolutely terrible~
