Pros
❶ The colleagues are all quite nice
❷ Punctual working hours
❸ No rigidly fixed schedule
Cons
❶ The system and job responsibilities differ greatly from what was described during the interview
❷ The company has no supervisors who can actually solve problems; those with problem-solving abilities have all been driven away or forced to leave
❸ The bosses only engage in armchair theorizing
❹ The bosses are narrow-minded
❺ Wasting time doing meaningless things
