The environment is excellent. New brothers can simply put their heads down on the desk and sleep when they’re tired. When there’s nothing to do, they can spend the whole day browsing the web, watching livestreams, and playing video games. The supervisor only gives them a verbal warning when colleagues from other departments raise concerns. It doesn’t matter that the employee has little ability to work independently—when assigned a task, they can simply frequently pull a more senior colleague over to sit beside them and provide guidance, and get through it smoothly. They can even comfortably take a share of the year-end bonus. Where else can you find such a free environment?
