Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva. Having gone deeply into the Perfection of Wisdom for a long time, he saw that all five aggregates are empty. May all suffering be overcome. Form is emptiness. Emptiness is not different from form. Form is emptiness; emptiness is form. It should be understood as you wish. So it is. All phenomena have the characteristic of emptiness. They are deathless, undefiled, and pure. There is neither increase nor decrease. Therefore, there is no form in the air. Nothing is to be known. There are no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, or mind; no form, sound, method, or touch. There is no sight. Yet there is no field of consciousness. There is no ignorance, nor is there an end of ignorance. Therefore, there is no aging or death, nor an end to aging and death. There is no suffering. There is no wisdom and no attainment. There is nothing to attain. Awakening is here, according to the Perfection of Wisdom. Heartless. There is no cause. There is no fear. Stand far away from inverted dreams. Perfect nirvana. The Buddhas of the three times, according to the Perfection of Wisdom, attain unsurpassed, complete awakening. I know that the Perfection of Wisdom is supreme. It is a great spell. It is a great spell. It is called the supreme spell. It is not a spell. It is capable of removing all suffering. It is true. Therefore, recite the mantra of the Perfection of Wisdom. The meaning of the spell is: Uncovering, uncovering, crossing over, crossing over, monk, awakening.
