Pros
A stable one-month year-end bonus.
The work is simple and doesn’t require much thinking, so it’s suitable for taking it easy.
Cons
At employee gatherings, you have to pray with the boss.
The boss does not allow employees to express their opinions.
Everything, big or small, has to go through the boss; middle managers are effectively just for show.
The workload is unevenly distributed: veterans avoid tasks, while newcomers bear the responsibility.
