No matter which department makes a mistake, no one gets money deducted!

Yet when on-site personnel make a mistake, their pay gets deducted! How outrageous!

How exactly is this being managed? How can it be managed so unfairly?

Deducting employees’ pay to see whether their thinking will change!

What will definitely change is not a more conscientious attitude!

It is resentment toward the company, resentment toward the managers and supervisors, resentment toward the attitude toward work, and resentment in their mindset!

I have no idea how this is being managed! Absolutely terrible.
