The system is fairly well designed, and there is still a group of dedicated people working hard to improve the company's products.
Some managers, because they have privileges, take advantage of their position and bully subordinates. They are narrow-minded and do not manage products from the company's perspective. They use their job access to view members' personal information and transaction activity and pry into their privacy. Being under the wrong manager can cause endless fear—a fear that if your personal network has any distant overlap with theirs, you may be investigated, smeared, and unable to recover.
