1. The company has relocated to a new plant. Although many of the facilities are carried over from the old plant, the environment is fairly spacious and bright.
2. Free employee meals are provided for lunch, along with basement parking spaces for employees. Company vehicles are available for use.
3. Colleagues have harmonious relationships. Those with generally recognized issues can be identified after working there for a while.
1. It is a family-owned company. Although it appears to respect employees’ opinions, in practice, decision-making authority is primarily concentrated among family members.
2. Senior management has a conservative style, and the successor from the second generation is not sufficiently proactive or ambitious, with relatively weak execution.
3. The welfare fund system is somewhat unreasonable (generally used for holiday bonuses, year-end parties, company trips, etc.).
4. The company has downsized twice in recent years. Before joining, you may want to inquire about the status of the position you are applying for.
