Pros
After being here for 2–3 years, I temporarily can’t think of anything.
Cons
They really need professional personnel management... sigh, and yet they’re still organizing all kinds of activities. They handle reported issues so carelessly... There are already problems with cross-departmental communication, let alone relationships.
