Pros

There are absolutely no advantages to speak of. If the interview experience feels okay at the time, that is just an illusion! Don’t be fooled by the false impression they create in the moment! You will definitely regret joining the company!

Cons

The less-experienced colleagues are generally easy enough to get along with.

The more senior ones (especially those with high-ranking titles) are extremely hypocritical! Be careful!

This company really likes designing “e-cards, social media covers, posts, promotional materials for restaurants/properties/usage…” The general manager and the chairman are basically equal in authority! Unless both of them agree, you cannot complete anything!

The key point is that they will not tell you why they disagree or dislike something. They will just make you revise it until you are completely worn out! They think their ideas are brilliant, and that you are useless and incapable of understanding what they want! Even when they finally deign to explain their ideas a little, there is still a 99.9% chance that you have to figure out the rest yourself!

This company is often reported by employees for violating laws and regulations, but it never seriously faces its own problems. It first assumes that employees are causing trouble and always treats the symptoms rather than addressing the root cause.

Bringing in an auditor does not actually result in a genuine audit; it insults the very essence of auditing.

They bring in a planning manager but do not adopt the planning manager’s ideas, making the position effectively meaningless. It is merely a person to serve as an outlet for venting and to prove how superior they are. The general manager and chairman always think their own ideas are the ultimate authority!

They also think other people’s designs are terrible (whether created by internal employees or outsourced designers). The general manager and chairman always think their own designs are top-notch.

The secretary is also quite pitiful. Every time there is a meaningless meeting, the secretary has to help all the departments with their work, making it feel as though every department is incompetent and only the secretary can do things properly. The key point is that you often see the secretary being reprimanded as well—it is a terrible, thankless job.

The office is dim and lacks vitality.

The chairman likes to use “cost savings” as a reason to skip the formal approval process for certain decisions, claiming it saves time and administrative costs. Afterwards, with nothing in writing, the person responsible for implementation is pitifully left exhausted and in a miserable state.

Anyway, the list of grievances is endless…
