Sick leave receipts can be claimed for reimbursement
15 months of annual salary
The following is all based on experience in the customer service department.
In short, do not go there under any circumstances. Everything from every department gets thrown to customer service to handle.
1. The scheduling of days off is extremely unfair. They require you to take a whole week of annual leave if your remaining annual leave exceeds a certain number of days, and they do not allow employees to accumulate annual leave because the company does not pay it out. They say it nicely by claiming they hope everyone will take more time off; put bluntly, they simply will not let you cash it out.
2. They will “encourage” everyone to exchange overtime pay for time off. For example, if you have worked four hours of overtime, when there are fewer calls, everyone is told to use that time off as soon as possible. However, even overtime at 1.33 or 1.66 times the rate does not result in more time off.
3. They expect everyone to learn and take on more senior-level responsibilities, but they do not provide raises. They only say that everyone needs to know how to do these things. Work that was originally only supposed to be done by seniors is now assigned to everyone.
4. The phone system monitors every minute and every second of your time. After finishing a call, you inevitably need to handle some follow-up tasks immediately, but the managers do not care and only tell you to continue taking calls. They only care whether there are any waiting calls. If you go to the restroom for more than three or five minutes, your performance score will drop because the system assumes you should be answering calls at that moment.
