Pros

The employees are relatively young, and their ideas are also fairly fresh. We can discuss and exchange ideas with one another, and employees can bring their own pets to work. Those who want to challenge themselves by taking on new tasks can also volunteer to do so.

Since the company is in a transformation phase, it really does require more time for optimization and reform. You need to be mentally prepared to take on many new projects and also be ready for the content of your tasks to change at any time. Of course, you could understand this as tasks being assigned for execution before everything has been fully thought through internally, but you could also see it as a challenge. If the company is heading in the wrong direction, it should naturally make adjustments at any time.

Many people who have worked at large companies may not be able to accept this, but for me at the time, I truly learned a great deal. There were also people who were articulate and able to present concrete data to persuade their supervisors to carry out the things they wanted to do, and the final results were very successful~

Cons

The company's transformation really does take a lot of time. I also felt frustrated at times, wondering, “How much longer do we have to wait?” But looking back, it really is very different from before. This is something employees who have not gone through the process alongside the company cannot understand. They may feel that upper management is just talking nonsense, but you are on different floors, so naturally you see things differently. Perhaps you have to become the boss yourself to truly understand it~

Friction between departments is inevitable. There are indeed employees who “don't want to change,” “don't want to work,” or “don't want to listen to you,” but what you can learn from this is the art of communication and negotiation. If you can argue your point successfully, that's your ability. If you cannot accept it, leave—but these situations will not be absent from any company, because that's just human nature.

The above is the perspective of me, a recent graduate. Of course, I respect everyone's opinions, since I understand that everyone encounters different circumstances. I'm sharing my experience for the younger students who are considering joining~
