1. Almost none of the department heads have their brains switched on at work.
2. Colleagues are relatively easy to get along with. Perhaps the managers and the company are so terrible that everyone at the same level seems normal by comparison.
1. Regardless of the department, bonuses are always visible but impossible to obtain. The KPIs are set absurdly high, making it obvious that the bonuses are unattainable.
2. Department heads only promote people who are very good at currying favor to become junior managers. Such junior managers are usually the least capable, talk a lot of nonsense, and disrupt the company culture.
3. Managers at every level are completely blind to talent. Hardworking people will never get ahead and will only suffer more!
4. Senior managers usually serve as heads of multiple departments. They would rather rely on dual-role appointments than promote talent from within!
5. The general manager only knows how to paint grand visions and make big claims, calling the company an industry leader. Little do they realize that, at this pay level, the only people they can hire in the industry are monkeys!
6. The performance evaluation system is opaque and scores are essentially based on the manager’s personal preferences.
