The company has a young organization, and everyone has a great love for cats and dogs. From time to time, colleagues bring their cats and dogs to the office.

The company’s organization and processes lack structure, and some of the people who designed them do not even have professional backgrounds. Internal departmental conflicts are intense, and managers of each unit like to pass the buck, blaming other units for not doing their own work properly. The plans and execution are changed every month or two. The work content originally agreed upon is also not carried out according to the original arrangements; instead, they just brainwash you every day, telling you to trust that the company is working hard to change. Double standards are used to pressure other people for the sake of favored employees.

I originally didn’t want to leave a comment, but even after resigning, I still hear former colleagues saying that upper management keeps badmouthing, smearing, and spreading rumors about you, while continuing to solicit positive reviews. :)
