The benefits are pretty good
The work assignments are unclear. They’ll suddenly ask you to support someone else, causing you to leave your own work unfinished. When you raise this with your supervisor, they’ll say that supporting the other person is more urgent, which means you end up having to work overtime to catch up, even though the other person’s work is obviously not urgent. Be careful of the older woman at the front desk—she bullies newcomers. She may secretly call you over to the front desk to berate you or go around badmouthing you, and management strongly protects long-term employees.
If you want to get a taste of the workplace, you can give it a try as an introduction—but think carefully about avoiding being undermined, hahaha.
