The HR processes are explained clearly
During the interview, they expect the candidate to somehow read their mind about the job responsibilities (Who would know the specific job responsibilities clearly when applying for a job? You only become completely certain of the specific details through the interview. Do you really expect candidates to know from the outset that the subsidiary is going to develop a new type of product? Only people inside your company would know that; people outside wouldn’t = =)
Asking candidates for their thoughts on a project is essentially stealing their ideas in order to obtain free resources, and then saying that the candidate’s ideas and values do not align with the supervisor’s.
The supervisor may have preconceived notions about how you should be, or use your résumé to judge outright what kind of person you are.
