Pros
The salary is average, and there are technical skills to learn.
Cons
People in the family business are difficult to communicate with. They shift blame, lack ability yet love to show off, and spread inaccurate or damaging information about others behind their backs (speaking ill of them). The junior boss may appear to say he wants to learn from you, but under no circumstances should you give him your technical knowledge—he cannot be taught and is conceited.
