Pros
A cushy position for long-term employees—
pretty much like retirement.
Cons
When there are no orders, they force you to reduce your hours or take leave,
and may even transfer you to another company for support.
When there are orders, they aggressively deduct typhoon leave and make you come to work.
There are no employee trips, and the year-end banquet is not guaranteed.
Some department supervisors are terrible.
That department has been recruiting all year.
