Professor Liao〇Hua: During your tenure at Tatung University, it would be bad enough if the courses you taught were poor, but you always assume that only what you teach is correct. You even compare other people with your own doctoral students. Putting down other students will not make your students any more outstanding, will it? The research assistants exploited by you are truly pitiful—working themselves to death for a small monthly salary. Before someone left, you even went to the accounting office to pressure the accounting clerk, relying on your high-ranking position to force someone to do something illegal, altering accounting documents so that the person could not receive that month’s salary. Who knows whether you pocketed the money yourself or used it elsewhere? Doing things devoid of character and ethics—how are you any different from a thief or robber? You even had someone design a poster for your child’s junior-high school parents’ association. You completely fail to understand the teacher-student relationship or the meaning of a research assistant, and have reached the absolute height of shamelessness. You later went to teach at National Taipei University of Business, and since you have no students or ethics in your heart, you are the same wherever you go. Your direct supervisor also lacks the magnanimity to accept criticism or advice from others, and can only spout a bunch of lofty-sounding bullshit. After behaving improperly, the person involved then hides behind others and dares not face the problem, acting as though it were perfectly reasonable. No wonder—when the upper beam is crooked, the lower beams are crooked too. You debase yourself while misleading students and wasting other people’s lives. What excellent faculty the school has.
