歐易亞科技股份有限公司
Pros

Taking leave is easy, the workplace is conveniently located for transportation, and there is a snack cabinet at the beginning of the month (but the budget for the entire company is only 2,000, with 25 employees in total). There are ten days of annual leave.

Cons

The boss, director, and managers all have the same personality: whenever something happens, they try to run away, with no sense of responsibility or willingness to shoulder anything. During the interview, they made it sound very appealing, calling it affiliate marketing, but in reality it is basically a pyramid scheme. The company owes money to its members, and the boss has no intention of paying. Employees are left to face pressure from the members on their own, and this situation involves more than one vendor. They said every department would receive bonuses, but in the end there were no bonuses and no year-end bonus. During the interview, three hours was merely the basic duration, but most of the time was spent listening to the director talk nonsense.

As long as you are good at flattering the director, you can become a manager. Reading at work is considered self-improvement, while a bonus system devised to put money into their own pockets is described as finding ideas for their colleagues (even though those colleagues have never received their money on time). Whenever a colleague mentions resigning, they are immediately told to work from home because management is afraid of what the colleague might say to new hires. Someone had only been at the company for a short time; the number of vendors they had developed was unclear, they had no results, and they did not know how to do anything. They had to ask colleagues about the same process more than three times, and when the other person lost their temper, they directly cursed and stormed out, but because they were good at currying favor with the director, they could become a manager.

The boss talks as slowly as a sloth, and what he says is completely illogical, endlessly going around in circles. No matter how many explanations there are, he just wants to confuse you. When he is speaking, you cannot interrupt him—you have to wait until he slowly finishes stating his fallacies before you can correct the information! No wonder he used to work in direct sales; he certainly has the gift of the gab! There are countless meetings. He says he has so many groups that he cannot see employees’ messages, so how are employees supposed to reach the boss himself? He only says that he hopes to hear employees’ opinions, but in reality he only listens, pretends to nod seriously, and then nothing changes. The company remains stagnant, while he keeps congratulating himself and living in his own world, thinking he is wonderful. Then the office was turned into a coworking space because they only wanted the rental income—after all, they had no money to pay for it!

Isn’t the director actually the boss of this company? Every morning he says he is busy in meetings, so he only shows up in the afternoon. Sending emails in the middle of the night is apparently part of his job; the key point is that he sends them to three designated people, none of whom knows what he is trying to do. He says he has so many groups that he cannot see messages (just like the boss), then secretly reads the messages you send to vendors and bombards you with private messages telling you what you should do, while stubbornly refusing to say anything in the group.

As soon as new hires arrive, they think the director is truly an angel. Only after discovering the truth do they realize that the director is very good at dumping his messes on employees. He refuses to handle the vendors he should deal with himself, insisting on saying, “We’ll do it together,” which really means, “I don’t know how to do it, so you do it while I watch—that way I can count it as having done something too!”

The company’s gifts for the three major holidays are always health supplements. There are no bonuses, no start-of-work red envelopes, and no year-end bonus. Birthday leave is something employees have to negotiate for themselves.

On activity days, you can only go to free places because the boss cannot bear to spend money. They only seek quick money and give no thought to the company’s future direction. Employee turnover is extremely high because people cannot see a future and are driven crazy by the three executives above. You can come here to hone your patience; I believe that after leaving, you will become an extremely smooth operator.

But if you value your life and do not want to waste your youth, I advise you to escape as quickly as possible and block the company immediately. Otherwise, what you receive will never be proportional to what you give.
