- Clocking in and out via a mobile app is required, which is quite convenient
- Flexible working hours; this system is genuinely practical (super convenient)
- The atmosphere between departments is harmonious (I really think it resembles the flat organization described in the 104 job posting)
- Overtime pay is provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act (I’ve observed that colleagues also apply for overtime, and there doesn’t seem to be anything unusual)
- The job content is more or less what I expected (there are many miscellaneous tasks; it’s a small company, so that’s normal)
- The workplace has excellent natural lighting, and the comfort of the space gets full marks (the restrooms are also perfectly fine to use)
- The company is not large, so it’s understandable that many tasks may overlap or slightly cross into other fields
- You can tell that the company is working on improving its systems, but the progress is rather slow
- The benefits could use some improvement (although everything was explained clearly during the 104 interview, I still hope there will be things like holiday bonuses)
