The colleagues are generally nice, and everyone is easy to get along with.
1.) Inconvenient transportation and an outdated environment. Located in the Xizhi Far Eastern Technology Park.
The salary structure includes a guaranteed 13th month’s salary, but for working on weekends or overtime on national holidays: applications are not allowed!!!
2.) Factional struggles within the company! People smear and attack one another.
3.) Senior executives mostly make emotional remarks and shout insults during meetings. It is recommended that all meetings, large or small, be recorded and archived.
4.) The company currently has many labor-management disputes. In addition, because major clients have withdrawn and terminated some large projects, cash flow is tight, and hiring is currently frozen.
The HR department merely obeys orders like slaves;
without distinguishing right from wrong or conducting in-depth investigations, it handles employees according to instructions!
Conclusion:
Treat this as a temporary stop; it is not a place for the long term.
