Generally, colleagues are friendly and easy to get along with.
1.) Inconvenient transportation and an outdated environment. Located in the Xizhi Eastern Technology Park.
The salary structure includes a guaranteed 13th month, but work on weekends and overtime on national holidays: cannot be applied for!!!
2.) Factional infighting within the company! People smear and attack each other.
3.) Senior executives mostly make emotional remarks and lash out with abusive language during meetings. It is recommended to record and archive all meetings, large or small.
4.) The company currently has many labor-management disputes. In addition, several major projects were canceled after major clients withdrew, resulting in tight cash flow. Hiring is currently frozen.
The HR department merely follows orders like servants,
does not distinguish right from wrong or investigate thoroughly, and handles employees according to instructions!
Conclusion:
Treat this place as temporary; it is not suitable for the long term.
