Generally, the colleagues are nice and easy to get along with.
1.) Inconvenient transportation and an outdated environment. Located in the Xizhi Eastern Science Park.
The salary structure includes a guaranteed 13 months of pay, but work on weekends and overtime on national holidays: cannot be applied for!!!
2.) Factional struggles within the company! People smear and attack one another.
3.) Senior executives often make emotional remarks and lash out during meetings. It is recommended that all meetings, large or small, be recorded and archived.
4.) The company currently has many labor-management disputes. In addition, several major projects were canceled after major clients withdrew, resulting in tight cash flow. Hiring is currently frozen.
The HR department merely follows orders like servants,
does not distinguish right from wrong or conduct thorough investigations, and handles employees according to instructions!
Conclusion:
Treat this place as temporary; it is not suitable for the long term.
