The colleagues are generally nice and easy to get along with.
1.) Inconvenient transportation and an outdated environment. Located in the Xizhi Eastern Science Park.
The salary structure includes a guaranteed 13th month of pay, but work on weekends and overtime on national holidays: cannot be claimed for!!!
2.) Internal factional struggles within the company! People disparage and attack each other.
3.) Senior executives mostly make emotional remarks and berate people during meetings. It is recommended to record and archive all meetings, both large and small.
4.) The company currently has many labor-management disputes. In addition, because major customers have withdrawn and terminated some major projects, cash flow is tight, and hiring is currently frozen.
The HR department merely acts as obedient lackeys, following orders;
without distinguishing right from wrong or conducting in-depth investigations, they handle employees according to instructions!
Conclusion:
Treat this as a temporary place; it is not suitable for the long term.
