The company is introduced in great detail during the interview, and the supervisor is the director you will report to after joining. The interview thoroughly gets to know you and lasts more than three hours, which is genuinely exhausting. You can start and finish work on time. Some colleagues are there to coast until retirement, and they have a very poor attitude when you ask them for help.
Neither the owner nor the supervisors like to take responsibility. When issues arise, they dislike making decisions and keep delaying instead of deciding. They take a long time to repay money owed to other companies, and do not pay employees’ bonuses either. The director’s schedule is packed with meetings all day, and the meetings consist of discussions that are meaningless and reach no conclusions. There is absolutely no need for every meeting to last two or three hours. They like to create information gaps, telling A, B, and C completely different things about the same matter. There are management problems, and departing employees are all invited to interviews to provide suggestions, but they make no improvements whatsoever even after hearing them.
