For a Taiwanese company, it’s fairly decent. The company culture is relatively open, and the colleagues are all very nice.
The company culture is indeed very open, but in practice it still depends on how the managers of each department implement it.
There is a department responsible for what is considered a core product that I would not particularly recommend. In addition to the manager’s relatively traditional management approach, a culture of technical discussion is also not very prevalent. However, it still depends on the individual—some people might find it perfectly fine this way.
It seems that quite a few people transfer to other departments.
