The benefits are decent
1. In the milling department, production capacity comes first, and the appearance must not have any scratches or impact marks—not even the slightest scratch is allowed. There are also time constraints.
2. The required processing time for products is continually reduced according to upper management’s demands. Moreover, processing time does not include fixture fabrication or driving time; everything is evaluated using program simulations.
3. In addition, purchasing products requires multiple rounds of approval from upper management before cutting tools can be purchased, and some of them are sourced from Taobao.
4. Once the salary is agreed upon, it is very unlikely to be increased later, so negotiate it carefully before joining.
5. It is essentially a traditional manufacturing company operating under the guise of a technology company.
