Good employee benefits
Lots of attractive female student workers
Cons
The company has far too many redundant employees
There are too many unofficial general managers~~~and far too many people to curry favor with~~~it's exhausting
Too many unnecessary reports to prepare and endless meetings
The heads of the sales units only want to enjoy themselves
