Employee purchases are cheap (how could you miss the opportunity to make money from employees?)

Someone is cooking in the pantry, and it smells great.

Employees are basically just a few types of people:

1. Incompetent parachuted-in hires

2. Boomerang employees with no clear role

3. Veteran employees with long tenure, deep experience, and plenty of underhanded tactics

4. Naive newcomers with no more than 2 years of tenure (making up 70%)

There is a lot of internal infighting and severe workplace bullying. It is difficult not to come into conflict with those people; even those with no business dealings with them will go to great lengths to bully you together.

Whether your manager is good or bad depends on luck. The managers have also fought among themselves and driven several people out. Those who remain are rotated around as well—the wheel of fortune keeps turning.

1. Under the responsibility-based system, there is no overtime pay, and you do not need to clock out after work (because they simply do not know whether you worked overtime).

2. Taking leave depends on your manager's mood, and you also have to be on call at all times.

3. For attendance at holiday events, applying for compensatory leave and transportation subsidies also depends on your manager's mood.

4. You are expected to take the blame for unfounded accusations; if you refuse, they will emotionally blackmail you and make things difficult for you at work.
