When I first joined the company shortly after it was established, the owner's many practices and words... were truly astonishing. At that time, the mainland Chinese economy was still doing fairly well, but recently the other side may have encountered funding problems, so operations here in Taiwan may also have been affected! At first, I thought the owner was quite generous, but they were extremely emotional, and I eventually left on bad terms. I remember hearing a colleague say during a meeting that employees were not allowed to defecate at the company (I wasn't there at the time). It was truly unbelievable. Now that I've heard so many people mention it, it really did happen. Fortunately, I realized early on that I couldn't stay and resigned. It was simply outrageous.
