They try to cheat you out of everything. The boss feeds you empty promises until you feel sick of them.

Even the birthday bonus requires senior employees to receive only NT$600, which can be spent only on the company’s own products. You can’t even buy parts with it and still have to pay out of pocket.

There are no procedures or systems.

You can never receive the performance bonus; it’s entirely up to the boss.

If the boss is in a bad mood, they won’t give it to you.

Employee trips require you to have worked there for a full year.

For overseas trips, you have to buy in for three years before you’re eligible.

They take advantage wherever they can and withhold whatever they should provide.
