Cons
“If you doubt someone, don’t employ them; if you employ someone, don’t doubt them.” The general manager of this company doubts their employees every day (and it will probably remain the same in the future; they’re nearly 70 years old and still scheming against their employees—the general manager’s life is truly pathetic).
