Cons
If you doubt someone, don’t employ them; if you employ someone, don’t doubt them. The general manager of this company doubts their employees every day (and it will probably stay that way in the future; they’re nearly 70 years old and still playing mind games with their employees. This general manager’s life is truly tragic.)
