Cons
If you doubt someone, don’t use them; if you use someone, don’t doubt them. The general manager of this company doubts their employees every single day (and it will be the same in the future; they’re already well over 70, yet still engaging in petty intrigue with employees—the life of this general manager is truly pathetic).
