Pros
There are simply no advantages.
Cons
Violates the Labor Standards Act! Overtime is not paid; you can only take compensatory leave.
The female supervisor is extremely good at making things difficult for people and will also badmouth others, publicly humiliating you. She humiliates you inside and out, and does not even spare your family!
