The overall pace is rather slow, but the female owner is very kind and cares a lot about you. The boss speaks quite directly, but listens and explains why something cannot be done. Staffing is relatively lean, and there are not many busy periods at work.
The biggest problem is that there is someone with little ability who is also your supervisor. They lack common sense about many things and often invent terms that are difficult to understand. They never get to the point when speaking; otherwise, they gloss over important matters and go on at length with a lot of pointless talk. They avoid admitting fault and use various ways to make excuses. They often forget things they themselves said or did, then blame others. The main reason people cannot stay is probably this person, and the situation cannot be changed. It is, after all, a family business.
