The only advantage is that most of the colleagues are young.
Low pay, lots of work.
Cons
The management style of a family business.
Once you know it is a family business, you should think carefully about whether you want to come and waste your time.
It is only suitable for recent graduates and newcomers who still do not know what kind of work they want to do.
