1. The company environment and resources are still really impressive, and the headquarters has a very nice office in the 7th Redevelopment Zone.
2. The company's design and corporate identity are highly distinctive, and vests are required.
3. The gas-cylinder business is still great, with lofty ideals and ambitions.
1. Around Beitun, water pipes are often dug up for construction, or there are issues with the building's water lines, making water shutoffs likely... It's really inconvenient.
2. The company brings in many consultants or listens to advice from outsiders, which creates a lot of resistance when implementing certain plans.
3. Internal decisions are sometimes overly emotional. It is recommended to focus on the issue, not the person. If you really must criticize someone, please be considerate and don't escalate it into personal attacks. Leave each other some room.
4. You probably need to be a very aggressive, wolf-like person to change this company, right? If you go in as a meek lamb, you just won't accomplish anything meaningful.
