Interviewed for an engineering position on a healthcare-related team:
The manager has extensive experience with healthcare projects and a deep understanding of projects in the healthcare industry (the manager was personally involved in developing HIS systems early in their career).
Candidates are treated with great respect. Their past experience is viewed from a positive and fair perspective, and each person’s career development is respected.
The career development environment feels very flexible. They respect each person’s desired direction of development and even discussed annual goals beyond work-related technical skills.
When discussing salary, they showed great respect for the candidate. Even though the expected salary exceeded the position’s original budget, they were willing to make an effort to negotiate for it.
This is not simply a personnel dispatch arrangement. This is important: there are opportunities to transfer internally. Unlike other staffing companies that simply sell your services, they develop projects as part of the Lingqun team.
The downside is that the intelligence test is a mandatory requirement. If you do not pass, you will be screened out, and the hiring manager cannot help. Anyone attending the interview should be well prepared to manage the pace of completing the intelligence test, as it includes a wide range of questions, including reading comprehension, memory, visual logic, and mathematical calculation tests.
