If this is how the company treats prospective employees, at least you won’t have to wait until after joining to discover that you’ve jumped into a pit of fire.
A terrible first impression. In the very first email, HR simply sent a psychological test and a personal information form to fill out, without explaining at all: 1. who the company is and what it does; 2. which position it is recruiting for; or 3. what qualifications the position requires. I was given half an hour to complete it, and HR called promptly half an hour later to question why it wasn’t finished. When asked the three questions above, I couldn’t answer a single one. HR was still very surprised when I said I had no idea who they were. Has HR never conducted recruitment before?
