1. No allowance for on-call duty, no overtime pay, inconvenient transportation, and inconvenient dining options
2. Low salary, no bonuses, inconsistent with what the supervisor said during the recruitment interview
3. Outdated internal systems, weak information security, frequent outsourcing of projects, and employees are blamed whenever problems occur
4. Bonuses have not been paid for two quarters; employees can only receive low wages while gradually being pressured to leave
5. Senior management has more slogans than concrete action; the boss cares about appearances but provides no marketing resources
6. Senior employees often bully newcomers
