Pros
During salary negotiations, the 104 headhunter said: 14 months’ salary per year, but the local contract upon joining was for 13 months’ salary per year.
If you report this to HR, HR will tell you that you can file a complaint against the 104 headhunter.
Cons
Taiwanese employees with one year of seniority can be considered senior employees.
