Pros
I thought for three days and three nights but couldn’t think of anything.
Cons
1. Salaries are below the industry standard; if you consider yourself talented or a professional, please PASS.
2. A very strong family-business culture; senior management and decision-making authority are all held by family members.
3. Virtually no benefits. When business is bad, employees are immediately laid off and forced to take unpaid leave or accept reduced pay. (Fortunately, I was laid off, so I didn’t have to continue wasting my life staying there.)
