I previously worked as a store employee at one of the company’s affiliated brands. Although I have since left, I can still share some of my experience. I initially worked at a domestic store and was later promoted to an overseas supervisor. This career gave me considerable room to develop.
Since I had no prior experience working at a beverage shop, it was somewhat challenging at first. However, the company’s training system was quite comprehensive, and the supervisors who mentored me always paid attention to my well-being. Each area of responsibility was guided by a senior colleague. In addition to learning the basics of store operations, management skills were also a key focus of the training. At the time, I found it quite demanding: I had to arrange shifts and handle many issues at the stores, which greatly improved my ability to respond flexibly in the moment. Looking back, these skills have actually been very useful. Later, through the company’s language allowance, I successfully went to an overseas store to conduct local store training.
Because the brand was doing very well, the work was also quite demanding. I personally enjoyed interacting with customers, so overall I still found the job very fulfilling.
