The company’s senior management only knows how to make grand promises and is a terrible company with no actual action. Young people who want to work hard are strongly advised not to come to this company. This company is suitable for retirees to apply to. The personnel turnover rate for a project in central Taiwan exceeded 10 people. Is it a problem with the supervisors or with the employees? We are here just to work, not to flatter anyone or shine anyone’s shoes. We work for the company, not for you personally. If you have no sense of responsibility, do not be a supervisor. The company’s senior management only says that people should speak up when there is a problem and that those above will come down to handle it.
