The company benefits discussed during the interview are very good, the company values its employees, and it has a lot of potential.
When there’s an issue, you can’t find the manager.
Cases and performance targets chase you around, with pressure placed on employees through statements like “If you don’t meet them, it will affect your performance evaluation, raises, and so on.”
During work hours, there are also various courses and exams that take up the time you should be spending on your “performance.”
