I’ve been here for over a year and still haven’t received a raise.
The old-timers are exceptionally skilled at dodging responsibility, while newcomers can only resign themselves to doing the work.
Overtime often cannot be reported, and raising the issue will result in a meeting with management.
1. The air conditioning is old; it’s extremely hot in summer and extremely cold in winter.
2. An open-plan office area with partitions that might as well not exist, making it convenient for the boss to monitor your work.
3. The salary is pitifully low. During the interview, they said there would be bonuses, but that does not match the reality.
4. When raising issues with the administrative department, they often say that the boss or secretary will decide.
